The Janice Bluestein Longone Culinary Archive at the
William L. Clements Library on the University of Michigan campus
in Ann Arbor contains thousands of items from the 16th to 20th
centuries - books, ephemera, menus, magazines, graphics, maps,
manuscripts, diaries, letters, catalogues, advertisements, and
reference works. It is a work in progress, and material is being
added and catalogued daily.
The Second Biennial Symposium on American Culinary History – Regional and Ethnic Traditions will be held on May 18-20, 2007 at the University of Michigan.
