Photographic reproduction of materials in the Clements Library can be provided in reasonable amounts for scholarly use and is available on an individual basis.
- The Library reserves the right not to copy material which may be damaged through handling.
- Reproductions are prepared only for the researcher and only for the purpose specified in the photographic reproduction agreement. Reproductions may not be deposited in other collections without the prior written permission of the Director of the Clements Library.
- Reproductions are understood to remain the property of the Clements Library, which reserves the right to request their return.
- Permission for the use of photographically reproduced materials is extended for one time use only. Permission for any subsequent use must be obtained separately from the Clements Library.
